Refund Policy

Golden Era provides its customers with the option of product return or refund, provided the product is in good and resale-able condition. If you find a product defective, you can email us at our email: care@goldenera.biz  We assist our customers to provide them with the best services.

As a customer, you must ensure that the product is intact and in good shape and condition before returning the product. Please pack the product properly while returning the product, making sure it reaches us in good condition, then only we can process for refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product back to us in good condition. When the product is returned, we will inspect it to ensure everything is intact and in re-saleable condition, and then exchange the product.

All product exchange or replacements are subject to the stock availability of that particular product. Also, the product will not be exchanged unless it reaches us in re-saleable condition.

Payment will be refunded only when the product is returned to us with its original product seal pack. In case of prepaid orders, cancellation of orders is not available.

The product eligible for returns should be returned only if it satisfies the following terms:

  • The product should be unused and in good re-saleable condition.
  • Product seal, packaging, label, tags, logos, and boxes should be in original condition and intact.

Once these eligibility criteria are met, you can repackage the product and send it back to us for refund or exchange.

  • If the returned product is found ineligible for refund, the same product would be shipped back to you and further return will not be accepted for the same.
  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the original payment through NEFT/UPI/ Credit card/ Debit card/ Bank transfer, etc.
  • Refund may take up to 3-7 business days

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • If a product is damaged, used products, or torn in any way.
  • Products returned on the basis of flavours disliking, refused by your physician, wrong product ordered or multiple products ordered by you or your family members and any other personal reasons or problems.
  • Products without original seal, box, tags and without packaging products and material.

Cancellation Policy

Golden Era believes in going an extra mile to serve its customers and has, therefore, a flexible cancellation policy.

Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be accepted only if made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them, the cancellation request will be denied
  • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled..
  • Orders placed on offers by Golden Era on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Christmas etc. will not be cancelled. As these are limited-time special offers, cancellations are not acceptable.
  • In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request, however, will be entertained only once the merchant has checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 1 day of receiving the orders.
  • In case you believe that the order received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, bring it to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision to assist you.
  • Because of the product’s hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature, this item is non-returnable.
  • However, in the odd event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or free replacement as appropriate.
  • We may contact you to determine the extent of the damage or defect in the product before giving a refund or replacement.

Return Policy

  • In the most unlikely event of receiving damaged, defective, or different products delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  • We may contact you to verify the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a refund or replacement for the same product.
